NexoStays provides a SaaS platform for PG and co-living operations, including tenant management, rent workflows, occupancy insights, incidents, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and access controls.
  • You must ensure data entered in the platform is lawful, accurate, and properly authorized.
  • You are responsible for user actions under your account unless caused by our direct fault.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use NexoStays for unlawful activities.

5. Information Platform Position

NexoStays provides operational and informational tools. NexoStays is not a law enforcement agency, regulator, adjudicator, or enforcement authority. Tenant risk features provide information signals only and do not constitute legal determinations.

6. Data and Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining required consents and legal permissions for tenant and operational data processed through your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, documentation, and site content are owned by NexoStays or its licensors. No rights are granted except limited use under your subscription or trial.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify features, update these terms, or maintain service windows. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoStays disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or misuse. You may discontinue use in accordance with your plan terms.

11. Governing Framework

These terms are governed by applicable contractual and legal frameworks stated in your commercial agreement or order form.
